Return & Refund Policy

• You may return any unopened merchandise purchased directly from FN within 30 days for a full refund. 
• When unopened and accompanied by a receipt, you will receive the return in the original form of payment. 
• Due to items being consumable, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Only in the event that the item is broken, faulty, etc. inside the original packing due to shipping.
• If you decide you don't "like" a product, we are unable to issue a refund.

• Order number
• Phone number
• Reason for return

• No refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase

• Delivery fees are non-refundable

RETURN ELIGIBILITY 

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as received and in original packaging with all seals fully intact. You'll also need the receipt as proof of purchase. 

BUNDLED RETURNS 

All bundles are subject to our return and refund policy. If you are returning an item purchased as part of a bundle, any discount will be allocated proportionally among all the items in the bundle, and your refund will equal the amount you paid for the item. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

• Due to certain products being perishable, we cannot accept returns on any food items, such as snacks. 
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, sale items or gift cards.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 5 to 7 days for us to process refunds once the product is returned and restocked in our store.
