Shipping Policy

Shipping

  • FREE shipping on all orders over $150.
  • Shipping to all 50 states within the United States
  • We ship Monday through Saturday during normal business hours (CST), excluding Sundays and holidays. 
  • Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, typically the same day or next business day.
  • We ship via UPS or USPS
  • UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes
  • Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on distance and weight of each package. 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION 

  • Each customer will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days to receive the tracking number. If a tracking number is not received via email within this time frame, please contact us so we can follow-up with the carrier. 

SHIPMENT LOST / DAMAGED

Please contact us immediately if a package seems to have been lost or damaged in transit so we may open an inquiry with the carrier. Make sure to include the following:

  • Order number
  • Phone number
  • Photo of the original packaging 
  • Photo of the damaged item(s)

We are not responsible for the package once it is delivered to your door and the carrier posts picture-proof of delivery.
